Mr. Umesh Kedia has over 25 years of experience in the field of advisory, financial consultancy and portfolio management. Few of his many achievements include 40 times MDRT, 8 times COT and 7 times TOT in the Insurance Industry. As one of the leading financial consultants, he is associated with some powerful brands like Tata AIA, Aditya Birla, Edelweiss and many more.
He formed Brothers Financial Solutions with the intent to collaborate with various stakeholders and organisation to create tailor made and innovative solutions for the clients. His unique positivity, clarity of thought and vision towards making the organisation reach newer heights is the biggest driving element of our team.
His rich experience and expertise in equity and capital markets, mutual funds and portfolio management and his special ability of understanding the sentiment of the various stakeholders such as customers, distributors, and agents, is his ‘mantra’ for success. His forte is in creating out of the box extraordinary propositions for his clients.

Mr. Ravi Chaglani has over 16 years of experience across channels like Operations, Service Delivery, Underwriting, Marketing and Sales, largely in the insurance industry. With his excellent client management, negotiation, and analytical abilities, he is an invaluable part of our organisation. He has been associated with organizations such as Bharti Axa, Aditya Birla, Reliance and PNB Metlife and has been one of the top performers for them over the years.
Mr. Ravi is a graduate from Calcutta University and holds diplomas in Software Management as well as Export Management. He is also pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning.
Apart from work, he has special interest in sports, especially cricket. He has played at the first division C.A.B. level and has also represented the Sunil Gavaskar Foundation in the UK in his early days.
SIRSENDU GUHA NEOGI

Mr. Sirsendu has over 14 years of experience in marketing and sales in the Life Insurance industry. He has been associated with organizations such as ICICI Bank, Bajaj Allianz, PNB Metlife and Edelweiss Tokio and has been one of the most consistent performers for them over the years.
He has a very cool demeanour and always lays special emphasis on providing his customers with the best of services and believes in keeping things simple.
He has an eye for detail and always looks to make sure that the pieces are in place.
Mr. Sirsendu has a Master’s in Business Administration from Heritage Institute of Technology and is a big-time music and cricket enthusiast.
HEMAL MEGHANI

Mr. Hemal has over 25 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & Services. He has a developed special expertise in sectors such as Life Insurance, Automobile as well as Pharmaceuticals. He has been a very consistent performer throughout his career and has consistently been a part of the List of Top Achievers in the Life Insurance Industry across the country.
Over the years, Mr. Hemal has developed excellent public relation and negotiation skills. His unmatched social skills help us in connecting with the leading professionals across industries.
Mr. Hemal is a graduate from Calcutta University and has been an active member for Round Table India KERT 63, President for Jain Social Group Kolkata Utsav 2017-2019.
Apart from this, Mr. Hemal is also a cricket enthusiast and has played at the Second Division Level in his early days.
DEVESH KEDIA, CFA

Devesh Kedia is CFA Charterholder and a CRISIL and NISM Certified Wealth Manager. He is a finance graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
Devesh has over 4 years of experience in the financial services and investment banking sector. He is very passionate about research and is a financial markets enthusiast. He has also developed a great knowledge base in the field of insurance, mutual fund and structured products.
Besides his excellent execution and communication skills, he matches his unique blend of technical and analytical skills to understand the needs of his customers and never fails to impress them.
His young energy has been instrumental in making the organisation more accessible and getting the digital part of our business up and running. He is a cricket fanatic and loves to indulge himself in art, music and reading.
